A Different Perspective

Okay, we may be a little sad about the puppies leaving (tickled with their placements, just missing them a bit), but as far as Miss Pink is concerned, it's just more room on the hammock for her! :o)

That looks like so much fun! Your puppies are just beyond precious and I can't imagine how you all must be feeling watching them all go to their Forever Families. I still remember the day we took our precious Hope home and away from her "Puppy" family. I actually cried because although I was excited to be bringing her home, I felt sad for her litter mates and Momma. You have brought such joy and happiness to me over the last few weeks. I look forward to hearing about your adventures with Pinot.

I really cannot believe that 8 weeks have passed since i sat up into the wee hours checking in for progress reports on Elsie and her delivery of the pups.
We've shared many highs and an occasional low over those weeks, the journey that we have all taken will stay with me forever, thank-you for the experience Joan, i have laughed and cried with you and enjoyed every minute of those babies growing into the fine young labs that they are today.
It must be hard saying your goodbyes and watching your little ones go off into the big wide world but you know that they will be happy and strong because you have given them the best possible start in life.
I have shed a little tear watching them leave, i feel like i know them as well as you do thanks to your detailed blog and glorious photo and video footage.
I will continue to check in with you to watch the exploits of your wonderful lab gang and to watch little Pinot grow up to be like her Mama, the beautiful and gentle Elsie.
Thanks once again for allowing me to be a part of the family,
with love,
Kate :0)

Gosh, Mary and Kate,
You're going to make me cry! It sounds almost like you're saying goodbye. I hope not; we still have boatloads of adventures in store. And you're already part of the LabTails family. :o) Little did you know, we adopted you! :o)

You're both so tender-hearted with and committed to your animals. I consider it a privilege to have you on board here. And I always (always, always) enjoy hearing from you.

Mary, I'm glad Hope is doing so well now.

And Kate, you have to keep me informed about your up-and-coming puppy (don't you visit soon?). :o)

Thanks, as always, for commenting. We've got loads of life to share ahead!
